Hotel General Information

• Please keep all your valuables in the safe locker which is provided on a complimentary basis in your room. 

• Please kindly note that, we are compelled to charge 12,500 LKR for any loss of the guest room key.

• Please refrain from taking bath towels to the pool. Pool towels are kept at the pool area for your convenience. Please ask from the pool attendants.

• For missing or damaged hotel property, the hotel will charge the cost of the particular missing or damaged item.

• General check-in is at 2.00 PM and check-out is at 12.00PM.

• Please kindly note that late check-out will be given ONLY on availability with an additional charge, please call the front desk to check availability.

• Should you require any additional assistance or information during your stay with us, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team at the lobby or dial ‘'0’’ from your room.
